Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a warm, friendly and professional welcome to clients.
• Shampoo and condition hair and assist stylists with client preparation and salon services.
• Learn and carry out basic cutting, styling, finishing, blow-drying, and colour services under supervision.
• Maintain the smooth running, cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation of the salon.
• Follow salon health and safety procedures and complete required Level 2 qualification training.
