What you'll do:

• Become part of a customer-focused team with a strong community connection.
• Learn and grow your skills across all salon services. 📈
• Provide excellent customer service to our amazing clients.
• Work alongside experienced stylists, gaining practical skills and confidence in a professional setting.
• Master welcoming clients and creating a friendly, professional atmosphere.
• Learn to shampoo, condition, and prep clients for services.
• As you progress, learn basic cutting, styling, finishing, and blow-drying techniques. ✂️
• Develop your knowledge of hair colouring and learn to carry out services safely under supervision. 🎨
• Help keep the salon running smoothly and looking its best: prep workstations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and care for equipment. 🧼
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a professional attitude.
• Complete coursework, assessments, and practical training for your Level 2 Hairdressing qualification. 💯

What you'll learn:

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Assist stylists with client preparation and salon services, including shampooing and conditioning hair.

• Maintain the smooth running and professional presentation of the salon, including cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow salon health and safety procedures and maintain a professional approach at all times.
