What you'll be doing:

• Greeting clients with a smile and providing top-notch customer service. 😊
• Shampooing and conditioning hair, prepping clients for stylists.
• Assisting with salon services and making sure everything runs smoothly.
• As you grow, you'll learn basic cutting, styling, and blow-drying techniques. ✂️
• Gaining knowledge in hair colouring and assisting with services under supervision. 🎨
• Keeping our salon looking its best: setting up workstations, cleaning equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards. 🧼
• Following health and safety procedures and always being professional.
• Completing your Level 2 Hairdressing qualification through coursework and practical training. 📚

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming clients and maintaining a professional approach.
• Assist stylists with client preparation and salon services, including shampooing and conditioning hair.
• Prepare workstations and equipment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the salon.
• Develop and perform basic cutting, styling, finishing, blow-drying, and colour services under supervision.
• Follow salon health and safety procedures and complete all required qualification coursework and training.
