• Assisting in maintaining optimal dispensary stock levels, keeping things running smoothly. 📦
• Ordering necessary items for departmental use. 🛒
• Receiving, loading, and unloading incoming goods from wholesalers, manufacturers, and other suppliers. 🚚
• Answering common questions about the supply and availability of medicines. ❓
• Responding to routine phone and in-person inquiries from patients, their representatives, the public, and various staff groups, referring complex queries to the pharmacy team when needed. 📞
• Alerting pharmacists or pharmacy technicians to any identified problems or queries. 🚨
• Pre-packing, assembling, and labelling medicines. 🏷️
• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met, keeping our workspace secure. 🛡️
