What you'll be doing:
As a full-time apprentice (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri), you'll dive into a super varied sales support role. You'll be working directly with our sales team and after full training, your responsibilities will include:
- Entering supplier invoices into our system 💻
- Checking for pricing and quantity issues 🤔
- Communicating with our other branches 🗣️
- Answering the phone and helping customers 📞
- Checking customer invoices against purchase orders ✅
- Raising debits and credits 💸
- Serving customers at the trade counter 👋
- Handling general admin tasks 📝
- Learning all about our awesome products and codes! 📚
- Potentially lending a hand in the warehouse when things get hectic! 💪
What we're looking for:
- Essential: Office experience and good Microsoft skills 🧑💻
- A serious work ethic and loads of initiative 💪
- The ability to stay cool under pressure 😎
- Top-notch organisational skills 🏆
- An eagle eye for detail 🧐
