• Assisting the butchery and abattoir team in daily operations.
• Supporting the preparation and production of top-notch meat products. 💯
• Learning essential cutting, trimming, and portioning techniques from experienced professionals. 🔪
• Upholding our super high standards of hygiene and food safety. 🧼
• Contributing to cleaning procedures and keeping work areas prepped and tidy.
• Engaging with customers and supporting product sales – a great way to build your communication skills! 🗣️
• Accurately weighing and preparing ingredients for recipes and production. ⚖️
• Gaining diverse experience by working across different areas of the business. 🔄
