• Order Wizardry: Bring to life custom orders for cupcakes, whether they're walk-ins or from our online shop. 🛍️
• Shop Display Dynamo: Keep our beautiful shop cabinet looking irresistible and fully stocked.
• Cream & Filling Master: Prepare our signature creams and fillings using our secret Cakery recipes. 👩‍🍳
• Cake Construction Pro: Skillfully build and decorate cakes, ensuring perfect weight for fillings and flawless finishing touches. 🍰
• Sugar Art Specialist: Craft intricate 2D and 3D decorations from delicate sugar paste. 🌸
• Customer Connection: Serve our awesome customers with a friendly face in-store and handle phone inquiries with charm. 📞
• Cleanliness Champion: Keep our kitchen spotless, wash up meticulously, and maintain an organized workspace. 🧼
• Stock & Sort: Replenish product displays, boards, and boxes, and manage rubbish and recycling with care. ♻️

Key responsibilities

• Preparing customer orders, including cupcakes for in-store and online sales.
• Producing cakes, creams, fillings, and decorations following set recipes and finishes.
• Managing and replenishing product stock and supplies within the shop.
• Providing customer service both in-person and over the telephone.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and waste management.
