In this role, you'll be diving headfirst into learning and mastering a range of hairdressing techniques, all while making sure our clients have an awesome experience. Your typical day will involve:

• Client Charm: Helping our amazing senior stylists chat with clients, figuring out exactly what hairstyle dreams they have! 🗣️💖
• Skill Building: Getting hands-on experience with essential hairdressing services like shampooing, cutting, colouring, and styling – all under the watchful eye of our experienced team. ✂️🎨
• Salon Shine: Keeping our salon looking its best! This means making sure everything is clean, organised, and all our equipment is sparkling and sanitised. ✨🧼
• Welcoming Vibes: Greeting clients with a big smile, offering them something to drink, and making sure they feel super comfortable throughout their visit. 👋☕
• Product Pro: Learning all about the best hair care products and giving clients top tips on what's perfect for their hair type and styling goals. 💡🧴
• Admin Ace: Helping out with some important back-office stuff, like managing appointments, keeping track of our stock, and processing payments. 🗓️💳
• Learning Hub: Actively participating in training sessions and workshops to level up your skills and knowledge in all things hairdressing. 🎓📚
• Team Player: Working closely with our senior stylists to deliver brilliant service and create a genuinely fantastic salon experience for everyone. 🙌

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting with client consultations and ensuring comfort.
• Learn and perform basic hairdressing services under supervision.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and organisation, including equipment sanitisation.
• Learn about and recommend hair care products to clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as booking appointments and processing payments.
