Early Years Practitioner 🌟

As part of our team, you'll be directly involved in all aspects of childcare, including the important stuff like washing, changing, and feeding little ones. You'll also become a dedicated Key Worker for a small group, getting to know them deeply, observing their progress, and planning exciting activities tailored just for them. 📚
We're looking for someone who can offer dedicated support, paying close attention to the personal and emotional needs of each child. Protecting and promoting the welfare of children is at the heart of everything we do, and we expect everyone to be fully aware of and follow our nursery's policies and procedures. 💖

Key responsibilities
- Creating a stimulating atmosphere for child development.
- Providing direct care for children, including washing, changing, and feeding.
- Acting as key worker, recording observations and planning for children.
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
