Hotel Maintenance Assistant @ Ibis Budget Derby 🛠️✨

Ready for a role where no two days are the same? Join our awesome team at Ibis Budget Derby as a Hotel Maintenance Assistant! You'll be the go-to person for keeping our hotel running smoothly and looking great.

What you'll be doing:

• Tackling those small but important repairs around the hotel. 🔧
• Making sure our safety equipment is always in tip-top shape. 🚨
• Carrying out planned maintenance to keep our rooms and facilities in check. 💯
• Spotting and fixing any issues that pop up – you're our troubleshooting pro! 🧐
• Completing essential daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all our plants and equipment. 🌱⚙️
• Keeping our compliance centre updated with all the necessary certifications, licences, and routine checks. ✅

We're looking for someone who:

• Can chat clearly and write like a pro (both verbally and in writing). 🗣️✍️
• Has a knack for solving problems and figuring things out. 💡
• Is physically fit and ready to get the job done. 💪
• Knows their way around hand tools and has a solid understanding of basic plumbing, electrics, and preventative maintenance. Bonus points for recognized qualifications! 🧰
• Is comfortable with Microsoft Office and other common operating systems. 💻
• Can work independently but also thrives in a team environment. 🤝
