What you'll be doing:

• Posting journal entries – think of yourself as a digital record keeper, handling both manual entries and smooth uploads. ✍️
• Helping to build those crucial monthly balance sheet reconciliation files. You'll be a detective of numbers, ensuring everything adds up. 🕵️‍♀️
• Maintaining super accurate financial records on a daily basis. Consistency is key! ✨
• Contributing to the audit process when needed. You'll be part of the team ensuring everything is transparent and correct. ✅
• Assisting with data preparation for VAT and tax reporting, working alongside our tax specialists. 🧾

Key responsibilities

• Post journal entries (both manually and uploads)
• Assist with the preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliation files
• Ensure the daily maintenance of accurate financial records
• Input into the audit process as required
• Assist with preparation of data for VAT and tax reporting, as requested by the tax team

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (GCSE English Language (grade 4 or above), GCSE English Literature (grade 4 or above), Maths (grade 4 or above))
