  • Keeping things smooth by adhering to HMO licence regulations. ๐Ÿ“œ
  • Inspiring and helping individuals to join in on activities that boost independence, confidence, and social inclusion. ๐ŸŽ‰
  • Crushing fire prevention documentation. ๐Ÿ”ฅ
  • Lending a hand with meal prep, serving food, and supporting folks with their meals and drinks. ๐ŸŽ
  • Boosting independence by encouraging life skills and helping individuals make their own daily choices. ๐ŸŒŸ
  • Maintaining next-level cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards. ๐Ÿงผ
  • Keeping accurate records and updating care plans like a pro. โœ๏ธ
  • Communicating like a champ with individuals, colleagues, families, and external pros. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ
  • Always following safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the service
