You'll be working towards your Level 2 apprenticeship, getting real-world experience and building the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to deliver top-notch, person-centred support that champions independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. 💖

  • Helping keep the service running smoothly, creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for everyone. 🏡
  • Being on top of health and safety protocols. ✅
  • Making sure we're following HMO licence regulations. 📜
  • Inspiring and helping individuals join in activities that boost their independence, confidence, and social connections. 🥳
  • Tackling all fire prevention documentation. 🔥
  • Lending a hand with meal prep, serving delicious food, and helping individuals with eating and drinking when needed. 🍎
  • Championing independence by encouraging individuals to nail life skills and make their own choices every day. 💪
  • Keeping everything spotless, hygienic, and infection-free. ✨
  • Accurately logging info and updating care plans according to our policies. ✍️
  • Chatting effectively with individuals, your team, families, and external pros. 🗣️
  • Always sticking to safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality procedures. 🔒

  • Supporting individuals in a caring, inclusive, and recovery-focused environment

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (English (grade 1+/G+), Maths (grade 1+/G+))
