- Wraparound Warrior: Support our Ofsted-registered wraparound care, meaning breakfast clubs, after-school clubs, and lunchtime adventures. You'll get to grips with the important rules of this work. π
- Activity Ace: Deliver a huge range of exciting play, crafts, and sports activities. Think epic games and cool projects! β½οΈ
- Learning Champion: Support targeted pupil learning with engaging interventions. Help kids discover their potential. π§
- Holiday Hero: Jump into action with our holiday camp programmes and activities when needed. Summer and holiday vibes guaranteed! βοΈ
- Early Years Explorer: Offer support to our youngest learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Youβll be their go-to person! π
- Environment Engineer: Set up and arrange equipment to create inspiring learning spaces. Make every area a place for fun and learning! ποΈ
- Safety First: Conduct risk assessments to keep everyone healthy, safe, and secure. Your vigilance is key! π‘οΈ
- Child-Centric Creator: Plan and deliver high-quality play activities in a safe and caring environment. It's all about the kids! β€οΈ
- Inclusion Ambassador: Ensure our environment is inclusive and caters to the needs of ALL children, including those with SEN. Everyone's welcome! π€
- Voice of the Child: Actively seek children's views and involve them in planning activities, respecting their ideas. Their voice matters! π£
- Adventure Facilitator: Facilitate child-centered play, allowing for safe risks and challenges. Let them explore and discover! β¨
- Snack Superstar: Help prepare nutritious snacks, encouraging independence and self-choice. Fueling fun! π
- Safeguarding Guardian: Understand and apply safeguarding procedures. Your role in protecting children is vital. Report any concerns immediately. π¨
- Record Keeper: Maintain confidential records like accident forms and safeguarding disclosures. Accuracy is important! π
- Caregiver Extraordinaire: Provide essential care, including safe collection from classes and delivery to parents/carers. Trust and responsibility are key. πΆββοΈ

Key responsibilities
- Working directly with pupils and facilitating engaging play, crafts and sports activities.
- Supporting the delivery of wraparound care provision and holiday camp programmes.
- Delivering breakfast club, after-school clubs and lunchtime activities.
- Arranging equipment, conducting risk assessments and ensuring a healthy, safe, and inclusive environment.
- Safeguarding Children, applying safeguarding procedures and maintaining confidential records.
