Installation & Operations Ace 🛠️

  • Team up with our Installation Technicians to get gaming machines, pool tables, and other gear installed and removed.
  • Master the art of safely loading, unloading, and moving equipment using the best manual handling techniques. 💪
  • Get equipment and vehicles prepped and ready for the day's installations.
  • Keep our company vehicles spotless, organised, and fully stocked. 🚗
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised depot – think of it as your command center! 💯
  • Follow all health & safety rules and procedures – safety first, always! 🛡️

Business Admin Whiz (Apprenticeship Focus!) 🤓

As part of your apprenticeship, you'll dive into other departments and gain valuable experience in:

  • Supporting our depot administration tasks.
  • Helping to plan and schedule installations and removals. 📅
  • Connecting with customers to arrange their installations and removals.
  • Learning the ins and outs of licensing requirements and business compliance.
  • Supporting customer account administration and debt collection processes. 💰
  • Gaining an understanding of stock control and how our depot runs.
  • Building knowledge of how different teams work together to achieve our goals. 🤝

Key responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, friendly and helpful service to customers, assisting with queries.
  • Assist Installation Technicians with the installation and removal of gaming machines and associated equipment.
  • Safely load, unload and move equipment, and prepare vehicles for daily installations.
  • Support depot administration, including planning, scheduling, and contacting customers.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and learn about licensing and business compliance.
