What you'll be doing:

• Learning the ropes by working directly with experienced Technicians on vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing. 🛠️
• Assisting with the creation of repair estimates. ✍️
• Performing essential routine maintenance tasks. ✅
• Conducting thorough component inspections. 👀
• Carrying out replacements on key vehicle systems like tyres, brakes, steering, and electrical components. ⚡
• Tackling other general technical duties and keeping the workshop looking sharp. ✨
• Delivering top-notch customer service to everyone you interact with, both inside and outside the dealership. 👍

Key responsibilities

• Working alongside Technicians on vehicle investigation, repair, and servicing
• Producing estimates for vehicle work
• Performing routine maintenance, component inspections, and replacements
• Undertaking general technical duties and maintaining housekeeping standards
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
