  • Installation & Operational Support: Roll up your sleeves and join our Installation Technicians! 💪 You'll help with the installation and removal of gaming machines, pool tables, and other equipment. Master safe manual handling techniques for loading, unloading, and moving gear. Get equipment and vehicles ready for daily jobs, keeping them clean, organised, and fully stocked. You'll also help maintain a safe and tidy depot, always following Health & Safety protocols. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️
  • Business Administration Insights: As part of your apprenticeship, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how we operate:
  • Support with day-to-day depot administration. 📋
  • Help plan and schedule installations and removals. 🗓️
  • Contact customers to arrange appointments. 📞
  • Learn about crucial licensing and compliance procedures. ⚖️
  • Assist with customer account management and debt collection. 💰

Key responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, friendly and helpful service to customers at all times.
  • Assist Installation Technicians with the installation and removal of equipment.
  • Safely load, unload and move equipment using correct manual handling techniques.
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work.
  • Support depot administration and assist with planning and scheduling installations.
