What You'll Be Doing:

  • Become a pro at finding exactly what car needs using digital catalogues, manuals, and computer wizardry. 💻
  • Help out customers in person, on the phone, and through email – making sure they get the right parts, stat! 📞📧
  • Team up with our awesome service technicians and mechanics to make sure parts orders are spot-on and delivered ASAP. 🤝
  • Get hands-on with incoming parts shipments – check 'em in, make sure they're perfect, and keep our shelves organized. ✅
  • Keep our inventory in check by monitoring stock, doing regular counts, and ordering more parts when needed. 📦
  • Use our cool point-of-sale systems to handle sales, create invoices, and manage customer accounts. 💰
  • Share your growing product knowledge and offer expert advice and pricing to our customers. 💡
  • Handle any customer concerns with a smile and a solution, aiming for happy customers every time. 😊

Key responsibilities

  • Learn to identify and locate automotive parts using electronic catalogues, manuals, and computer systems
  • Assist customers with parts requirements and enquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email
  • Receive, inspect, and organise incoming parts shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control
  • Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing replenishment orders as needed
  • Utilise point-of-sale systems to process transactions, generate invoices, and manage customer accounts
