Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high levels of personal productivity and quality interactions with customers
  • Support first contact resolution of queries including diagnosing and scheduling repairs
  • Record every contact, capturing quality customer information in line with guidelines
  • Promote safeguarding, making referrals where appropriate
  • Provide support to colleagues and assist with the implementation of Customer Experience plans and projects

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (English (grade 4), Maths (grade 4))
