What you'll be doing:

• Helping customers troubleshoot and sort out any car-related issues. 🛠️
• Taking sales orders from customers – in person or over the phone. 📞
• Keeping track of all our vehicle parts and accessories. 📦
• Making sure our stockroom is super organised and tidy. 🧹
• Generating invoices for all the parts sold. 🧾
• Teaming up with internal departments to ensure we've got the right stock, at the right time. 🤝

Your Training Journey:

Get ready for a top-notch apprenticeship! You'll learn through a mix of:

• Virtual classroom sessions 💻
• Remote learning modules 🌐
• Intensive face-to-face block release weeks at our state-of-the-art training centre in Milton Keynes. 🏫

Important: You'll need to be ready to travel to the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes for your apprenticeship training. All costs for travel, accommodation, and meals are fully covered! ✈️🏨

Your dedicated mentor will be there to support you every step of the way, helping you apply your new skills and knowledge. This is a comprehensive training experience designed to build lasting life skills, earn you apprenticeship qualifications, and secure brand certifications. 💯

What you'll gain:

Upon successful completion of this 1-year apprenticeship programme, you'll receive:

• Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard qualification (or equivalent for your nation). ✅

Key responsibilities
