What you'll be doing:

• Be the first friendly face 👋 customers see when they arrive, setting the tone for an awesome experience.
• Skillfully recommend and showcase our amazing products and services 🎁.
• Handle bookings for MOTs and servicing appointments 📅.
• Connect with our talented workshop technicians to keep customers in the loop on repair progress 🛠️.
• Communicate professionally and politely with customers, whether in person or over the phone 🗣️.
• Maintain an outstanding level of customer service in everything you do! 💯

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Book cars for MOTs and service appointments.
• Liaise with workshop vehicle technicians for repair updates.
• Liaise with customers professionally, both face-to-face and via telephone.
