What you'll be doing:
- Sales & Purchase Ledger Support: Help keep our finances in order by supporting the sales and purchase ledgers, including getting hands-on with our SICON purchase invoice processing system. ๐งพ
- Invoice Ace: Generate accurate sales invoices and make sure everything is allocated correctly. ๐ฏ
- VAT Pro: Ensure VAT is declared accurately on all your sales and purchase invoices โ no mistakes allowed! โ
- Reconciliation Rockstar: Reconcile sales ledger accounts and chat with our awesome customers and suppliers to sort out any queries. ๐ค
- Data Guardian: Keep our customer and supplier records accurate and up-to-date. ๐ง
- Bank Reconciliations: Lend a hand with bank reconciliations to ensure everything balances perfectly. โ๏ธ
- Daily Banking: Accurately record and compile daily banking activities. ๐ฐ
- Credit Control Champion: Support our credit control team to make sure we collect all payments on time. ๐ฏ
- Record Keeper: Maintain precise electronic and paper records, including invoices, statements, and remittance advices. ๐
- Team Player: Take on any other reasonable duties requested by Gloucester Rugby management. ๐ช

Key responsibilities
- Support sales and purchase ledgers, including invoice production and processing with accurate VAT declaration.
- Reconcile sales ledger account queries and liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure accuracy of customer and supplier records, maintaining all financial documentation.
- Support bank reconciliations and compile daily banking records.
- Support the credit control function to ensure timely collection of amounts due.
