Get ready to dive into the heart of community healthcare! ⚕️ As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you'll be a key player in keeping our pharmacy running smoothly. You'll be the friendly face helping customers, working hand-in-hand with our awesome pharmacy team to deliver top-notch service safely and efficiently. Plus, you'll be working towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, with all the training and support you need to smash it! 🚀
What you'll be doing:
- Be the go-to person at the medicines counter, helping customers and answering their questions with a smile. 😊
- Help out with preparing and giving out prescriptions (always with a qualified pro watching your back!).
- Get hands-on with stock – receiving deliveries, organising shelves, and keeping our records on point. 📈
- Navigate pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales like a boss.
- Keep our pharmacy looking spotless and maintain super high standards for cleanliness, health, safety, and privacy. 🧼
- Be an awesome team player, all about delivering brilliant customer service. 💯
