What you'll be doing:

• Helping with excavation, digging, and getting the ground ready for building 🚜
• Learning to install drainage, pipes, and other underground services 💧
• Assisting with foundations, concrete work, and general groundwork 🧱
• Using hand tools and basic construction equipment safely and effectively 🛠️
• Getting to grips with reading site plans and taking direction from experienced team members 🗺️
• Helping to keep the work site tidy and organized 🧹
• Always following health and safety procedures to stay safe on site ⛑️
• Working collaboratively as part of a team with skilled groundworkers 🤝
