What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with excavation and digging, preparing sites for exciting new builds. 🚜
• Learning the ins and outs of installing drainage, pipes, and essential underground services. 💧
• Supporting foundations, concrete work, and all aspects of general groundworks. 🏗️
• Safely using a variety of hand tools and basic construction equipment. 🛠️
• Developing the ability to read site plans and follow the guidance of experienced professionals. 📊
• Helping to prepare and maintain a tidy and efficient work environment. 🧹
• Adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures – your safety is our priority! ✅
• Working collaboratively as a key member of a supportive team alongside seasoned groundworkers. 🤝
