• Team Player: Collaborate and build connections with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly. 🤝
• Order Ace: Prepare and organize orders accurately and efficiently. 📦
• Deadline Driven: Meet important deadlines – we like to keep things moving! ⏰
• Stock Master: Help manage and control our stock, ensuring we always have what our customers need. 🛒
• Warranty Wizard: Process warranty claims and payments with precision. ✅
• Parts Pro: Identify and source the right parts for our customers. 🔍
• Growth Guru: Contribute to business development and planning, helping us grow and innovate. 🌱
• Visual Vibes: Assist with marketing and visual merchandising to make our space look amazing. ✨
• Future Thinker: Get involved with forecasting and budgeting to understand the financial side of things. 💰
• Logistics Legend: Help manage logistics, including organizing and arranging deliveries. 🚚

Key responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, both in person and over the phone
• Preparing orders
• Stock control / Management
• Processing warranty claims and payment
• Managing logistics, including organising and arranging deliveries

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (Additional GCSE subject (grade Grade A*-C/9-4), English (grade Grade A*-C/9-4), Maths (grade Grade A*-C/9-4))
