We're looking for enthusiastic individuals aged 18+ to join our culinary team as Chef Apprentices! 🥳 This role is perfect for those who love the buzz of a busy kitchen, enjoy working as part of a team, and are eager to learn and grow. What you'll be doing:
- Chatting with the whole team to serve up awesome food and service, always ready to help others. 🤝
- Jumping into team meetings and sharing your brilliant ideas. 💡
- Whipping up, cooking, and plating food super fast, safely, and to our high standards. ⚡️
- Handling any guest questions or issues like a pro. 😎
- Keeping our kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless and organised. 🧼
- Getting ready for service and packing up afterwards, including managing stock. 📦
- Staying in the loop with our latest deals and products. 📈
- Getting involved in all our training, including online modules. 📚
- Always following our brand rules, legal requirements, and company policies. ✅
- Keeping all your important records and cleaning tasks up to date. ✍️
No experience needed – we'll teach you everything! If you're keen to learn, have a passion for food, and want to be part of an amazing team, we've got you covered. We're offering a 15-month Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship, where you'll work full-time in our kitchens with guidance from experienced chefs. You'll gain a nationally recognised qualification and help create unforgettable moments for our guests. 💯
Your Apprenticeship includes:
- Work-based training with your own Lifetime Learner Coach, featuring face-to-face sessions and remote check-ins. 💻

Pay rates:
- 18-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Participate in all in-house training and complete assigned learning modules.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas.
- Adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with the team and assist other team members.
