What you'll be doing:
As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you'll be the friendly face and helping hand in our pharmacy. You'll support the daily operations, assist customers, and work closely with our experienced team to ensure we're providing a safe and top-notch service. 🤝
Your day-to-day will involve:
- 🌟 Greeting and assisting customers at the medicines counter, answering their questions.
- 📦 Helping with prescription preparation and dispensing (with expert supervision, of course!).
- 📈 Managing stock, receiving deliveries, and keeping accurate records.
- 💻 Using our pharmacy systems for prescriptions and sales.
- 🧼 Keeping our pharmacy spotless and adhering to all health, safety, and confidentiality rules.
- 😊 Collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- Qualification: Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.
- Duration: Approximately 15 months.
- Learning: A blend of on-the-job training and guided learning.
- Commitment: You'll need to commit to your contracted working hours and learning schedule.
