• Master the Heights: Learn to safely navigate elevated work zones and operate essential access equipment. 🧗‍♀️
• Material Maestro: Get hands-on with roofing materials – preparing, handling, and understanding their use.
• Precision & Craftsmanship: Learn to measure, cut, and fit materials with accuracy.
• Repair & Restore: Assist with all aspects of roof repairs and maintenance, keeping buildings in top shape. 🔧
• Installation Pro: Gain the skills to install a variety of roofing materials, from tiles to slates and more.
• Tidy & Safe Zones: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for everyone. 🧼
• Safety First, Always: Strictly adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace. ✅
• Grow & Shine: Develop your practical skills daily and take on increasing responsibility as your confidence and expertise grow.

Key responsibilities

• Assist experienced roofers with day-to-day roofing work
• Prepare and handle roofing materials and tools
• Measure, cut and fit roofing materials
• Keep the work area clean, safe and organised
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
