About the role

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Construction Apprentices! 👷‍♂️ Get ready to dive into the exciting world of construction and gain hands-on experience from day one.

Your role will involve:

• Assisting with excavation, digging, and preparing ground for construction projects. 🚧
• Learning the ropes of installing drainage, pipes, and other essential underground services. 💧
• Lending a hand with foundations, concrete work, and general groundworks.
• Safely using a variety of hand tools and basic construction equipment. 🛠️
• Developing the ability to read site plans and follow instructions from seasoned professionals.
• Helping to prepare and maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures at all times. ✅
• Collaborating effectively as part of a team with experienced groundworkers.
• Building valuable practical skills while completing your apprenticeship training. 🌱
