Job Title: Training Administrator Assistant 🚀

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Helping to run awesome training courses, events, and apprenticeship programs! 🧑‍🏫 Think managing bookings, sending out all the deets, keeping track of who's in, and updating learner info.
  • Keeping our inbox in check! 📧 You'll be the first line of defense for routine questions and know when to hand off trickier stuff to the team.
  • Answering the phone like a pro 📞, taking messages, and making sure calls get to the right person.
  • Keeping our digital and physical filing systems super organized and up-to-date. 📂
  • Getting ready for meetings – prepping materials, jotting down notes, and sharing what needs to be done. ✍️
  • Gathering feedback from learners, delegates, and customers, and helping us put together simple reports. 📊
  • Crunching some basic data and helping with reports on things like how engaged people are, who's attended what, and feedback summaries.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work! You'll be helping out with getting conferences, events, and presentations ready and delivered. ✨

  • Support administration of training courses, events and apprenticeship programmes.
  • Assist with monitoring email inboxes and responding to routine enquiries.
  • Answer telephone calls professionally, take messages and direct enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems.
  • Support meetings by preparing papers, taking minutes and distributing notes.
