We're looking for an eager apprentice to join our experienced property developer and skilled tradespeople on exciting residential projects. This isn't your average desk job – you'll be hands-on, learning the ropes across a massive range of tasks. 🛠️

What you'll be doing:

• General building & property renovation 🧱
• Tackling joinery and carpentry tasks 💪
• Assisting with basic plumbing & electrical prep (with a supervisor watching your back! 😉)
• Getting involved in kitchen & bathroom installations 🛁
• Plasterboarding, insulation & internal finishing touches ✨
• Working on roofing & external projects 🌧️
• Landscaping & groundwork to make spaces shine 🌱
• Fitting windows, doors & second-fix work 🚪
• Site prep, moving materials & keeping everything clean & safe 🧼
