What you'll be doing:

• Installing custom joinery pieces with precision, using both hand and power tools.
• Deciphering technical drawings and learning to interpret them like a pro. 📊
• Understanding and applying quality inspection standards. ✅
• Adhering to site-specific environmental plans to work sustainably. 🌍
• Familiarising yourself with site boundaries, access points, and office procedures.
• Collaborating effectively with fellow team members and other trades. 🤝
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, always prioritising health and safety.
• Wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Safely managing and storing materials delivered to the site. 📦
• Learning directly from experienced tradespeople, shadowing them to build your expertise and understanding. mentor

Key responsibilities

• Install bespoke joinery products using a range of hand and power tools to a high standard

• Shadow and learn from qualified tradesmen on the project to develop your skills and understanding
