Production Operative - UPVC Windows & Doors 🛠️

Are you ready to get hands-on and be part of a dynamic manufacturing team? We're looking for motivated individuals to join us in producing high-quality UPVC windows and doors. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute, this is your chance! 💪

What you'll be doing:

• Cutting & Prep: You'll be selecting and preparing UPVC profiles, ensuring precise cuts and measurements for frames and sashes. Accuracy is key! 📏
• Welding: Operate welding machinery to construct frames and sashes, maintaining strict quality checks on materials and equipment. ⚡
• Corner Cleaning: Clean and inspect welded components to ensure they meet our high standards. ✅
• Window & Door Gearing: Assemble and fit hardware to window and door sashes, ensuring everything is perfectly installed and tracked. ⚙️
• Window & Door Hanging: Prepare and fit sashes, moving them efficiently to the next stage of production. 🚪
• Beading: Measure and cut beading to exact specifications using advanced cutting equipment. ✂️
• Composite Doors: Work on composite doors, preparing frames and slabs, and ensuring the perfect hang. 🏡
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections at various stages, ensuring all products meet our rigorous quality requirements and affixing necessary consumables. 🌟
