Finance Administrator ๐Ÿ‰

Join the Gloucester Rugby team as a Finance Administrator and play a key role in keeping our club running smoothly! You'll be supporting our sales and purchase ledgers, using our SICON system to process invoices, and ensuring accuracy in everything you do. ๐Ÿ’ฏ If you're organised, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with sales ledger and purchase ledger tasks, including using our SICON purchase invoice processing system. ๐Ÿงพ
  • Creating sales invoices when needed, making sure amounts are spot-on and allocated correctly. โœ…
  • Ensuring VAT is declared accurately on both sales and purchase invoices. ๐Ÿ“Š
  • Sorting out sales ledger account queries and chatting with customers and suppliers. ๐Ÿค
  • Keeping our customer and supplier records up-to-date and accurate. ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ
  • Helping with bank reconciliations. ๐Ÿฆ
  • Putting together and recording daily banking accurately. ๐Ÿ’ฐ
  • Supporting credit control to make sure all money owed is collected promptly. ๐Ÿ“ž
  • Keeping electronic and paper records, like invoices, statements, and remittance advices, in top shape. ๐Ÿ“
  • Taking on other tasks as requested by Gloucester Rugby management. ๐Ÿš€
