Apprentice Gardener & Landscaper 🌱🌳

Ready to get your hands dirty and grow your career in horticulture and landscaping? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our awesome team! This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, work on diverse projects, and earn while you learn with a Level 2 Apprenticeship. 🤩

What You'll Be Doing:

• Garden Guru Duties:
• Lawn maintenance (cutting & care) 🌾
• Strimming & hedge trimming (even some fancy topiary! ✨)
• Pruning small trees and roses 🌹
• Weed identification and removal 🚫
• Plant care and tidying up perennials 🌱
• General property tidying and jet washing 🧼
• Compost management 💩
• Designing and planting herbaceous borders
• Bulb planting for all seasons 🌷
• Hard Landscaping Assistance: You'll be part of the crew building cool stuff like patios, fencing, decking, raised beds, retaining walls, ponds, and loads more! 🚧
• Team Support:
• Moving materials around
• Mixing cement 🥣
• Levelling ground
• Operating small machinery 🚜
• Excavating soil and clearing concrete
• General help on construction projects

Who You Are:

• You've got a serious passion for plants and the outdoors. 💚
• You're not afraid of a bit of hard work or a rainy day! ☔
• You're physically fit and ready for a role that involves plenty of manual labour. 💪
• You're eager to learn new skills and soak up knowledge. 🧠
• You're a friendly, polite, and approachable person who works well in a team. 😊
• Having your own transport is a bonus to get you to our projects each day. 🚗
