Your Apprenticeship Journey:

You'll be working towards a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship over 15 months. This is a full-time role where you'll learn the ropes from our experienced teams, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and help make our businesses shine! 🌟

Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, communicating the service cycle, products, and special offers.
• Provide personalised recommendations and handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor, and toilet areas.
• Have open communication with the team and assist other members to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Participate in all in-house training and adhere to brand standards, licensing laws, and company policies.
