What you'll be doing:

• Helping people rock their daily routines, empowering them to live independently with dignity and respect. 💪
• Getting to grips with care plans, risk assessments, and guidance to ensure safe, personalised support. 🧠
• Lending a hand with personal care tasks like washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (when needed!). 🧼
• Assisting with mobility, moving and handling, and mastering the use of essential equipment. 🚶‍♀️
• Whipping up delicious meals and drinks, and supporting individuals with their nutrition. 🍎
• Supporting with medication in line with your training, care plans, and company procedures. 💊
• Keeping accurate digital care records and flagging any changes or concerns. 📝
• Being a friendly face, offering companionship, conversation, and social support to beat isolation. 🤗
• Helping out with light household chores like laundry, shopping, and keeping spaces safe and tidy. 🏡
• Collaborating with colleagues, families, and healthcare pros to deliver the best care possible. 🤝
• Always sticking to company policies, procedures, and keeping everything confidential. 🤫
• Showing up for training sessions, team meetings, and reviews to level up your skills. 📈
• Rocking the correct uniform and representing our organisation like a pro. ✨
• Sorting out your own transport if you'll be driving between visits. 🚗
