What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact, offering a warm welcome and directing families to the right services and information. πΊοΈ
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and a smile. π§π
- Keep our systems running smoothly by processing user details and assisting with general admin tasks. π»
- Work closely with our amazing clinicians and colleagues to ensure everything is organised. π€
- Help with booking workshops and appointments, making sure everyone gets the support they need. π
- Maintain accurate electronic records and assist with data collection and reporting. π
- Support our archiving and discharge processes. π

Key responsibilities
- Perform reception duties, including signposting and managing workshop/appointment bookings.
- Process and maintain service user details and patient data using electronic systems.
- Manage email correspondence and liaise with staff, service users, and external services.
- Support general administrative functions, including data collection and reporting.
- Undertake clerical duties such as maintaining electronic filing systems, diary management, and scanning clinical notes.
Entry requirements
Essential qualifications (Essential Educated to GCSE, grade C/Level 4 or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths)
