Workforce Information Assistant Apprentice - Band 2 (Full Time - 24 Months Fixed Term Contract) 🚀
Ready to kickstart your career and dive into the world of data? We're looking for an enthusiastic Workforce Information Assistant Apprentice to join our dynamic Workforce Information Systems Team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and become a whiz with our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) System. 📊
What you'll be doing:
- Be the ESR System Guru: You'll help us manage and maintain the ESR system, supporting all our amazing staff, from nurses to doctors. 👩⚕️👨⚕️
- Data Detective: Get ready to work with data, making sure it's accurate and up-to-date. Think of yourself as a data quality superhero! 💪
- Report Rockstar: You'll help pull together important weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on things like new starters, leavers, sickness, and more. 📈
- System Support Specialist: Provide essential support for the ESR system and help with things like password resets. 🔑
- Problem Solver: You'll be on the front lines, helping users with ESR Self Service queries, especially around sickness and annual leave. 📞
- Compliance Champion: Make sure we're always following the Data Protection Act. 🔒
What we're looking for:
- Eagerness to Learn: Full training on the ESR System will be provided, so all you need is a willingness to learn!
- Data Savvy (or keen to be!): An interest in working with and manipulating data, or using Microsoft Excel, would be a huge plus. 💡
- Team Player: You'll be an integral part of our busy team, so working well with others is key. 🤝

- Qualifications: You'll need 5 GCSEs (Grade C or equivalent), including English and Mathematics. 📚

Key responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the computerised ESR system.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy within systems.
- Produce and circulate timely reports.
- Assist with System Administration duties, including password support.
- Provide telephone support to ESR Self Service users.
Entry requirements
Essential qualifications (Desirable 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) (must include English and Mathematics) or equivalent level of experience NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Administration or equivalent International Certification of Digital Literacy (ICDL)/ ECDL / Level 2 IT qualification or equivalent IT/ computing experience)
