- Tech Support Guru: Help us keep all IT services, software, and mobile devices running smoothly across the Trust. Think installing PCs, software, and all those essential peripherals! 🖱️
- Problem Solver: Respond to staff queries, offering friendly and effective IT advice and support. 💡
- Equipment Specialist: Order, set up, and configure brand-new IT gear and services. 📦
- Documentation Dynamo: Keep our records tidy and up-to-date. 📚
- Efficiency Champion: Ensure new equipment and services are installed and configured quickly, meeting Trust standards. ✅
- Service Desk Star: Tackle basic IT support tickets, resolving issues efficiently. 📞

Key responsibilities
- Assist in providing IT services support, including hardware and software installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Service Desk support calls.
- Order, install, and configure new IT equipment and services.
- Manage and maintain documentation appropriate to the role.
- Provide administration service, including data input, storage, retrieval, filing, post, and telephone enquiries.
Entry requirements
Essential qualifications (Essential 5 GCSE's at level A- C or 9 -4 (must include Math, English) Desirable AS/A Levels)
