What you'll be doing:
- Be the friendly face and voice of the practice, delivering top-notch customer care to patients and our healthcare team. 🤝
- Sharpen your communication skills, whether you're on the phone or chatting in person. 🗣️
- Master the art of appointment scheduling and handling a variety of patient questions and concerns. 🗓️❓
- Become a wizard of admin support for our primary healthcare pros. 🧙♀️
- Digitize important documents by scanning them into patient records. 📁
- Accurately record and code patient information into their electronic health records. 💻

Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer care to patients and the primary health care team

Entry requirements
Essential qualifications (Essential Eligibility: English AND Maths Level 2 is essential - GCSE grade C/4 or above, or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2)
