What You'll Be Doing:

• Become the face of Superdrug, greeting customers with a massive smile and sharing our amazing Star Buys. 😄
• Help keep our store looking sharp, organised, and fully stocked – you'll be a stocking wizard! 🪄
• Play a key role in achieving our store goals and making a real impact. 🏆
• It's a hands-on role that’s always buzzing, with tons of opportunities to learn and grow. We’re investing in you! 🌱

Your Training Journey:

• Spend your first 12 months learning on the job, right here in-store. No boring college lectures or homework! 📚❌
• You'll be fully supported by your team and a dedicated tutor to achieve your Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship.
• Your training will finish with a chat about your experiences and a quick demonstration of your skills.

Are You a Fit? You Qualify If:

• You've got a Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths. 💯
• You're not currently in education and ready to commit to full-time hours.
• You haven't done a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• You're eligible to work in the UK. 🇬🇧
• You're totally new to the retail scene – perfect! 🎉
