What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!):
As our Apprentice Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of Superdrug, serving customers with a massive smile 😊, shouting about our awesome Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling like a million bucks. You'll help keep our store looking its absolute best and fully stocked, playing a key role in smashing our sales goals. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role that's always buzzing and packed with chances to learn and grow. We see our apprentices as future leaders, and we'll give you all the tools you need to shine – including brilliant training and real opportunities to climb the career ladder. 🪜
Your Training Journey:
Your training will be hands-on and in-store for the first 12 months – no boring lectures or homework! 📚 You’ll be fully supported by your amazing team and your dedicated tutor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. At the end, you'll have a chat about everything you've learned and a quick observation to show off your skills.

Are You Our Perfect Match? You'll Qualify If You:
- Have achieved Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (National 4s for Scotland).
- Are not currently in any form of education and can commit to full-time shifts.
- HAVE NOT completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
- Are eligible to work in the UK. 🇬🇧
- Are totally new to the world of retail!
