Location: Unit C4 Bentley Bridge Retail Park, Backhouse Lane, Wolverhampton WV111UP 📍
Hours: 39 hours a week ⏰
Shifts: Flexible (We know life happens!) 🤸♀️
Salary: £9.75 per hour 💰

As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you'll be right in the action! You'll be:
- Serving customers with a massive smile 😊
- Shouting about our amazing Star Buys! ⭐
- Making sure everyone leaves feeling fantastic!
- Helping keep the store looking its absolute best and fully stocked 📦
- Playing a key role in smashing those store targets! 🎯
- It's a hands-on, fast-paced role that's never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our apprentices as future Team Leaders, and we'll give you everything you need to grow with brilliant training and real opportunities to progress.
Your Training Journey (12 Months) 📚
Your training happens right here in the store over the first 12 months – no boring college days or homework! At the end, you'll have a chat about your experiences and we'll see you smash your role. You'll be supported by your team and your tutor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

You Qualify If... ✅
- You've got a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths.
- You're NOT currently in any form of education and ready for full-time shifts.
- You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
- You're eligible to work in the UK.
- You're brand new to the retail world – we want to teach you everything!
