Hours: 39 hours a week 🗓️

As an Apprentice Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you'll be right at the front lines – serving customers with a smile 😊, shouting about our amazing Star Buys 🌟, and making sure everyone leaves feeling their absolute best! You’ll help keep the store looking on point and fully stocked, all while playing a key role in smashing our store targets. 🚀 It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role that's never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we’ll equip you with everything you need to grow – with awesome training and real opportunities to climb the ladder. 🪜

Your training is all in-store for the first 12 months – no boring college days or homework! 📚 At the end, you’ll nail a discussion about your journey and an observation, all while being supported by your team and tutor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. 🎓

What you'll bring to the role:

You qualify if…

• You have a Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (National 4s for Scotland) 📝
• You are not currently in any form of education and can commit to full-time shifts 💯
• You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before 🚫
• You are eligible to work in the UK 🇬🇧
• You are brand new to the world of retail! 🤩
