What's the Gig?
This isn't just a job, it's a fully funded Level 4 apprenticeship! π Youβll be trained from the ground up, working alongside experienced pros to become a qualified Residential Support Worker. We've got your back every step of the way β no going in alone! Youβll gain practical skills, learn routines, and build the confidence to support young people through their challenges.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be a vital part of our team, helping young people feel safe, understood, and empowered. This involves:
- Supporting daily life: Helping with meals, activities, and keeping our home running smoothly. π
- Building connections: Creating positive relationships with the young people we support. π€
- Learning and growing: Shadowing experienced staff, participating in training, and working towards your qualification. π
- Ensuring safety: Promoting a secure environment and supporting positive behaviour management. π‘οΈ
- Keeping records: Documenting key events and communicating effectively with the team. π

Essential Skills:
- GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths. π―
- Willingness to commit to your Level 4 apprenticeship.
