Your 3-Year Journey:

  • Year 1: Foundation (Client Service Team): Master the client lifecycle, from onboarding to reviews, and kickstart your CII modules. Get the industry lowdown! 🌍
  • Year 2: Technical Excellence (Junior Paraplanner): Draft suitability reports, crunch complex financial data, and build the "why" behind smart financial advice. Aiming for that Level 4 Diploma! 📊
  • Year 3: Advisory (Financial Advisory): Shadow senior experts, master relationship management, and eventually manage your own clients under supervision. The bridge to your advisor career! 🤝

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ensuring a smooth, compliant, and professional client experience. ✅
  • Building your financial planning knowledge through structured learning and practical experience. 💡
  • Researching markets, products, and financial data to support top-notch advice. 🔍
  • Crafting technical materials and suitability reports as your paraplanning skills soar. ✍️
  • Collaborating across teams to understand client outcomes. 🌐
  • Shadowing senior advisors and building confidence in client interactions. 🗣️
  • Owning your development plan and smashing Academy milestones towards your Level 4 Diploma and beyond! 🏆

Entry Requirements:

  • At least 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) from your top three subjects. 💯
  • Bonus points if one is in a relevant field like Business, Economics, Maths, Further Maths, Accountancy, or Politics. 💡

Key responsibilities

  • Support new-client onboarding, documentation, record keeping and annual reviews to deliver a professional, compliant client experience.
  • Build your knowledge of the financial-planning process through structured learning, CII study and practical experience.
  • Carry out market, product and financial research to support high-quality advice for clients.
