What You'll Be Doing:
Forget just crunching numbers! Here, you'll be getting your hands dirty with real work on real projects from day one. Our Audit Junior role is all about making a difference and contributing to meaningful outcomes in an ever-evolving environment. You'll work with a variety of organisations, understanding their businesses from the inside out. This means client-facing work, building relationships, asking questions, and gathering crucial evidence. You'll also collaborate closely with our audit team, develop your understanding of financial information and business processes, carry out testing, and use your sharp mind and professional judgment to explore anything that sparks your interest. 🧐
You’ll gain experience in:
- Working on audit and accounts preparation assignments 📊
- Assisting with audit planning memorandum alongside your mentor 🤝
- Conducting analytical reviews 📈
- Drafting client correspondence ✉️
- Preparing accounts and financial statements 📝
- Studying towards your Professional Qualification (AAT Level 3, 4 and/or ACA Level 7) 📚
Where You'll Be Working:
Expect a mix! You'll spend time in our MHA offices and regularly travel to client sites. You'll need to be comfortable working in different environments, meeting new people, and representing MHA professionally. 🏢➡️🌍 Having access to a car can be a plus as some client locations might be trickier to reach via public transport. 🚗
Entry Requirements:
At least 112 UCAS points from your top three subjects (or equivalent). 🎓
