Audit is a diverse, client-facing career that opens doors to working with a wide range of organizations and truly understanding how businesses tick. From the get-go, you'll build client relationships, ask probing questions, and gather the insights needed to fuel your work, all while collaborating with your audit team. You'll develop a deep understanding of financial information and business processes, conduct testing and analysis, and use your sharp curiosity and professional judgment to explore anything that sparks your interest. 🤔
If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people, asking "why?", understanding business operations, and relishes the variety of working with different clients and locations, Audit could be your perfect fit!
As an Audit Junior, you'll experience the power of teamwork on real projects, forging lasting connections. You'll start by mastering the fundamentals:
- Contributing to audit and accounts preparation assignments with your team.
- Collaborating closely with your mentor on audit planning.
- Conducting analytical reviews.
- Drafting client communications.
- Preparing accounts and producing financial statements.
- Studying towards Professional Qualifications (AAT Level 3, 4 and ACA Level 7).
